The Restaurant Le P’tit Café, located in Nouméa, welcomes you to discover the gastronomy and cuisine of New Caledonia.
We are open from Tuesday to Friday, 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 7pm to 9:30pm. There is a weekly choice of four new dishes at Le p’tit Café, made with the utmost care by our Chef David Cano and his team. The goal is to combine Caledonian ingredients, in order that they reveal all their flavors to you, using international fusion cooking techniques. All of this is accomplished by respecting the environment, since all that we use are in seasonal produce.
Every week is a new challenge for us to be on top of your expectations, so that you are always surprised by our cuisine.
... Everything begins with our chefs that meet up at the Farmer’s Market at Port Moselle, from Tuesday to Friday, looking for the best products. From that moment, it is a race against the clock to achieve the 4 daily specials and desserts. Every week, we create something new in order to make you want to come back, and enjoy the Caledonian products we bring to the table.
